Although the restaurant is named after noodles, it has a lare menu, with Sichuan cuisine as the mainstay, supplemented by northern breakfast pasta and Yunnan cuisine. The diversified choices are prepared to meet customers’ different needs, so that everyone can find what they prefer.

 

The traditional methods are followed in preparation of all dishes and improvements are made for purpose of adaption. All ingredients are also carefully selected on a daily basis to ensure freshness and quality.
