As the name of the restaurant suggests, every dish here has just the right amount of flavor without being overpowering or bland, making it extraordinarily memorable.

 

Handmade food is one of the highlights of the restaurant. For example, the must-have, wide variety of buns and dumplings are all handmade by skilled chefs. Using the freshest ingredients and the most appropriate seasoning, the prepare the most authentic northern dishes. The freshly rolled jiaozi skin is soft and fluffy, wrapping the delicate and tender pork filling. The Beef Dumplings are thin-skinned and filled with delicate flavors. The freshly pressed Pork Xiao Long Bao is soft and full of flavors, smooth and tasty. The Pan Fried Xiao Long Bao, prepared by another method, is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside with juicy texture.



The special stir-fry is also a favorite dish for many. The famous Smoked Duck With Tea Flavor is prepared in strict accordance with traditional method. It requires careful selection and exquisite preparation process. The fat and tender male ducks are cured, smoked, baked, brined and deep-fried in a complex process that can take up to a week, which is extremely time consuming.



Other dishes such as Sichuan Spicy Chicken, Boiling Fish, Braised Beef Noodle soup, Hand Pulled Beef Noodle Soup , and Wuhan Hot Dry Noodle are also very authentic, either fresh, crispy and mellow, making every bite a treat.
