Localization is an art.  Adhering to the doctrine of “healthy diet”, Ai-Boiled Restaurant has devised flavors better adapted to local dietary habits and achieved a breakthrough in integrating “flavors and nutrition” of Sichuan-style numbing and spicy hot soup (malatang). To refine flavors, the first step Ai-Boiled Restaurant took was to get rid of the outdated notion of excessive use of spices in the soup and completely replace MSGs with pure ingredients and tasty soup base made with a secret recipe.

Other signature offerings like the pork bone soup base also taste mellow and flavorful without eliciting the feeling of greasiness.

It is particularly worth noting that Ai-Boiled Restaurant’s insistence on healthy food is not achieved at the cost of good flavors.  Ai-Boiled Restaurant maintains strict selection of the freshest ingredients across a broad spectrum up to 63 varieties, which cover common meats, sea food, vegetables and staple food to ensure all diner’s needs are met.  Diners may select the combination of ingredients they like, which magically turn into a healthy feast of different tastes and textures after adding the spices secretly made by the chef.
