Through peope’s propaganda,the scope of influence,until now,is still expanding.All kinds of pleasant phenomena have proved to Pinky that all efforts and publicity for the vegetarian culture are worth it.

Sometimes employees make mistakes,Pinky will patiently communicate and guide them.She will praise them if employees work hard.Therefore, employees also like this friendly owner, in this way, the employees moving forward and growing together in subtle actions.

Pinky requires the staff to serve guests with smiling face.She hopes that when the guests enter the restaurant,they can see the staff's friendly smile and friendly service attitude,which will also bring the guests great pleasure.In the event of customers are tangled with make order,the staff will also recommend the special dishes.Pinky will also train employees the ways of recommending wild mushrooms dishes,and convey the advantages of eating wild mushrooms to employees and guests all the time.

Pinky is satisfied with the current operation of Surely Up Vegetarian Hotpot and has the idea of opening a branch,but the conditions in current stage are not fully mature,she therefore is not in a hurry to do so.
