Life Experience
Mr. Chen's story of life is teeming with the warmth of family, the hard work of business operation and the courage of personal growth. She immigrated to the US with her family in 1992. At that time, she was still a child who spent most of her time on her studies. Over time, however, her destiny was changed with that of her family.
In 2002, her family had a chance to open a Chinese restaurant in the small town of Morgan Hill. This is a decision abounding with both challenges and opportunities and a new start for her family. In the early and middle period of the family business, Ms. Chen served in the financial management industry but helped out at the restaurant whenever she could.

The market turmoil in 2020 caused unprecedented pressure on the restaurant. Her aging parents began to have doubts about the future of their restaurant and even wanted to give up the business that they had created over the years. It was at this critical moment that Ms. Chen made a bold decision - she decided to take up the mantle of her parents and started managing the restaurant.
