His subtle cooking techniques and skillful control of the fire turn ordinary looking fresh ingredients into something soothing and refreshing that provokes the taste buds of diners.  


Speaking of the signature dishes of the restaurant, the Mr. And Mrs. Smith is bound to have a place. The beef, tripe and beef tongue, sliced to uniform thickness, achieve a transcendence in the bright red, specially formulated chili oil. When you take a bite of the dish, the very first in the mouth is a burst of distinctly layered sensations of freshness of the beef and the refreshingly crispiness of the offal, with lingering aftertastes on your teeth and lips. The Spicy Chicken is also a very popular dish for the vibrant flavors bursting in the appropriate stir-frying of chicken thigh, Sichuan pepper and dried chili. The bright color, crispy and tender taste and aroma come into play in the perfect combination.

If all conditions permit, he hopes to create a special Sichuan restaurant integrating traditional Sichuan cuisine and regional dishes of Chongqing.
