Here, every dish here is made from the freshest and finest ingredients, with the stir-frying process personally implemented by the experienced owner Mr. Qu. His culinary skills, especially his exquisite control of seasoning and heat, have been refined over the years of his practice, giving rise to his own style of cooking. His culinary creations consistently result in balanced and healthy dishes that appeals to individuals of all ages. 



The restaurant has an extensive menu to meet the needs and preferences of different diners. The main offerings include a series of classic American Chinese dishes like House Special Walnut Prawns, Kung Pao Chicken, Beef with Broccoli, Mongolian Beef and Wonton Soup featuring good seasoning, authentic flavor, large portions and palatable tastes.  


Kung Pao Chicken, made from fresh chicken breast, peanuts and dried chili pepper, represents a perfect combination of tender chicken and crispy peanut after high heat stir frying, creating extensive layers of sour, sweet, salty and aromatic tastes after being complemented with secret sauce. 


Mongolian Beef is another top-choice classic dish. Marinated beef tenderloin is sauteed until slightly brown to retain the tender and smooth texture. Complemented by the sauce and a variety of vegetables, the dish offers salty, sweet, slightly spicy, soft and flavorful tastes.



It is worth mentioning that the restaurant also offers different Sizzling Hot Pots, made from secret recipes introduced by Mr. Qu from the mainland China, which perfectly restore the numb, spicy, fresh and fragrant flavors unique to Sichuan and Chongqing regions. From tender meat, crunchy vegetables to soft and sticky bean products, different meat and vegetarian ingredients are first prepared in hot oil to lock their original freshness and texture, and then skillfully integrated into a variety of flavors such as numb and Numbing Spicy, Garlic Flavor or Soy Paste. Amidst their intermingling in the work, the ingredients complement each other’s flavors and eventually lead up to perfect addictive tastes that are spicy but not dry, numb but tasty and fragrant but not greasy.

Mr. Qu, the owner, is a salt-of-the-earth man who believes in honest working. He came to the US many years ago and started from washing dishes, preparing ingredients and went through many hardships. Eventually, he founded a restaurant of his own. Every step towards success represents an achievement of his sweat, hard work and diligence. 


Mr. Qu's experience has allowed him to gain a deep understanding of responsibility. The irresponsible bosses he encountered in his early years planted a seed of the “customer-first” concept in his heart. Therefore, when running his own restaurant, he insists on putting customers' needs first, and maintains almost harsh requirements for quality control. He knows that in the restaurant industry, health and freshness are the two elements that customers care about most. He strictly controls the quality of the ingredients and would completely discard supplies with even the slightest defect to ensure that only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients are used. To bring the best tastes of the dishes, Mr. Qu exerts personal efforts and adheres to the principle of “only presenting customers the best tasting food” and cooking every dish with his whole heart to truly win over customers with real actions.
